The bevel helical gearbox is an industrial heavy duty gearbox, universally applicable to high power and high torque working conditions. It adopts rigid cast iron housing and the whole structure is compact in modular design. The bevel helical gear unit is characterized by high strength, improved running reliability and increased transmission efficiency. We can provide flange-type output shaft to enable the installation in small spaces.
HB series gear box has better thermal performance, mainly reflected in:
(1) The gear box has a high transmission efficiency.
(2) The design increases the surface area of housing.
(3) Using large fans and a new diversion fans, cooling coils, oil coolers and other cooling methods.

1. Generally accepted design of H.B Series Gear Units, transformable to industry-specific gear units according to customer's requirement.
2. Sound-absorbable structure, lager surface area and bigger fan; advanced grinding process of cylindrical and bevel gears, resulting in limited temperature rise, low noise, improved stability and larger transmission power.
