Description:
The HB Series is a high performance, general service control valve designed using Computational fluid Dynamics (CFD)for high control accuracy, optimized flow characteristics and extended service life. These control valves, with stainless steebodies, are equipped with a contoured plug design to withstand the rigorous nature of steam service and are compatible with many fluids and environments. Modern manufacturing techniques and modular construction allows these stainless steel valves to be extremely cost-elective in comparison to valves with bronze, cast iron or cast steel bodies.The standard configuration has an equal percentage flow characteristic with metal-to-metal seating, spring-loaded V-ring stempacking and pneumatic actuator. The HB Series is available with both pneumatic or electric actuation.
Characteristics:
1. H and B high-power gear reducer adopts a universal design scheme, which can be transformed into an industry-specific gearbox according to customer needs.
2. Realize parallel shaft, orthogonal shaft, vertical and horizontal general box, reduce the types of parts and components, and increase the specifications and models.
3. The use of sound-absorbing cabinet structure, large box surface area and large fan, cylindrical gear and spiral bevel gear are all using advanced gear grinding technology, so that the temperature rise, noise reduction, operation reliability of the whole machine is improved, and the transmission power is increased.
4. Input mode: motor connection flange, shaft input.
5. Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with expansion plate connection, hollow shaft with spline connection, solid shaft with spline connection and solid shaft with flange connection.
6. Installation: horizontal, vertical, swing base type, torsion arm type.
7. H and B series products have 3~26 type specifications, 1~4 deceleration transmission stages, and the speed ratio is 1.25~450; Combined with our R, K, S series to get a larger speed ratio.
