These control valves, with stainless steebodies, are equipped with a contoured plug design to withstand the rigorous nature of steam service and are compatiblewith many fluids and environments, Modern manufacturing techniques and modular construction allows these stainlesssteel valves to be extremely cost-elective in comparison to valves with bronze, cast iron or cast steel bodies.The standardconfiguration has an equal percentage flow characteristic with metal-to-metal seating, spring-loaded V-ring stempacking and pneumatic actuator. The HB Series is available with both pneumatic or electric actuation

1. HB series industrial heavy duty helical gearboxes adopt a general design scheme, which can be transformed into industry-specific gearboxes according to customer requirements.
2. Realize parallel axis, straight axis, vertical and horizontal universal box, reduce the types of parts, and increase the specifications and models.

Adopting sound-absorbing box structure, large box surface area and large fan, cylindrical gear and spiral bevel gear all adopt advanced gear grinding technology to raise the temperature of the whole machine. The noise is reduced, the reliability of operation is improved, and the transmission power is increased.

5. Output mode: solid axle with flat key, hollow axle with flat key, hollow axle with expansion disk, hollow axle with spline connection, solid axle with spline connection, and the solid shaft of flange connection.

7. HB series industrial heavy-duty helical gearbox products have 3-26 specifications, the speed ratio is 1.25 - 450 and the speed ratio is 1-4 grades, and the combination of R, K, F, and S series can get a larger speed ratio.
