Description:
HB series helical bevel industrial gearboxes are designed based on module with right angle output shaft. The transmission torque distribution curve is excellent, suitable for heavy load conditions. It adopts advanced grinding technology and shape modification technology, which has high bearing capacity, reliable operation and low noise. The box body is made of high-quality casting to improve the mechanical strength and seismic performance of the reducer. Numerous mounting options are available.

Features:
1. Generally accepted design of H.B Series Gear Units, transformable to industry-specific gear units according to customer's requirement.
2. Sound-absorbable structure, lager surface area and bigger fan; advanced grinding process of cylindrical and bevel gears, resulting in limited temperature rise, low noise, improved stability and larger transmission power.
3. Mounting mode: Foot-mounted, flange-mounted, swing base-mounted, torque-arm-mounted.
4. Input mode: motor connection flange or input shaft.
5. Output mode: solid shaft with parallel key, hollow shaft with parallel key, hollow shaft with shrink disk, hollow or solid shaft with involute splines, solid shaft with flange.
6. Obtaining larger ratio combined with R, K and S series.
