The JDX series industrial hard tooth surface gearbox belongs to a single-stage parallel axis involute cylindrical gear transmission device, with 4 basic assembly structures and 9 product models.
The JDX series industrial hard tooth surface gearbox adopts modern gear design and manufacturing technology, draws on the advantages of similar foreign products, summarizes domestic gear design and manufacturing experience, and optimizes the internal structure of the gearbox to improve product reliability and comply with the national standard JC/T878.2-2001.
Its characteristic is that gears and shaft parts are made of high-grade alloy carburized steel, with carburized, quenched, and ground teeth on the tooth surface, which has high gear accuracy and load capacity. Compared with the old series products, this product has significantly improved its applicability, maintainability, and reliability.
