The HB Series is a high performance, general service control valve designed using Computational fluid Dynamics (CFD)for high control accuracy, optimized flow characteristics and extended service life. These control valves, with stainless steebodies, are equipped with a contoured plug design to withstand the rigorous nature of steam service and are compatiblewith many fluids and environments, Modern manufacturing techniques and modular construction allows these stainlesssteel valves to be extremely cost-elective in comparison to valves with bronze, cast iron or cast steel bodies.The standardconfiguration has an equal percentage flow characteristic with metal-to-metal seating, spring-loaded V-ring stempacking and pneumatic actuator. The HB Series is available with both pneumatic or electric actuation.
Characteristics:
1. HB series gear units adopt currency layout and may transform into special reducer according to customer's requirement.
2. The housing of one size can realize parallel shaftmodes and horizontal mounting modes.Variety of components is reducible, the number of reducer's mode is augmentable.
3. Sound-absorbable structure, lager surface, big fan reduce temperature and noise, advanced grinding process of cylindrical gear and bevel gear improve stability and transmit power more efficiently.
4. Input mode : motor connected flange, shaft input.
5. Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with shrink disk, hollow or solid shaft with involute splines , solid shaft with flange.
6. Mounting mode: Foot-mounted, flange-mounted, swing base-mounted, torque-arm-mounted.
7. HB series include sizes 3-26, number of stages is 1-4, ratio is 1.25-450. Combining with WR,S and K series, ratio will be higher.

1. The gear is made of high strength low carbon alloy steel through carburization and quenching. The hardness of tooth surface may reach to HRC58-62. All gear adapts NC tooth grinding process, high in accuracy and good in contact performance.
2. High in transmission efficiency single stage, more than 96.5 percent double stage, more than 93 percent three-stage, more 90 percent.
3. Smooth and stable in run, low noise.
4. Compact, light, long life, high bearing capacity.
5. Easy to disassemble, inspect and assemble.
