Description:
1. The JSZ type brake wheel type coupling has good vibration damping and long service life. The coupling is embedded in two halves with snake shaped spring plates axially by more than 36%. The serpentine spring plate with trapezoidal cross-section is made of spring steel, which has undergone strict heat treatment and special processing. It has good mechanical properties, which greatly increases the service life of the coupling compared to non-metallic elastic component couplings (such as elastic sleeve pin, nylon rod pin coupling).
2. The range of load variation is large, and the tooth surfaces where the two half couplings come into contact with the spring are curved. When the transmitted torque increases, the spring plates will deform along the tooth surfaces, causing the force points acting on the spring plates of the two half couplings to approach. The contact point between the spring and the tooth surface, i.e. the change in torque, varies with the magnitude of transmitted torque, and its transmission characteristics are variable stiffness. Therefore, it has a greater load variation than general elastic couplings. The buffering effect generated when the transmission force causes the spring to deform along the tooth arc, especially during machine start-up or strong impact loads, has a certain degree of protection for the supporting components.
3. High transmission efficiency and reliable operation. The transmission efficiency of the coupling has been tested to reach 99.47%, and its short-term overload capacity is twice the rated torque, ensuring reliable operation.
