HB series helical bevel gearbox is a brand-new rigid tooth flank gear unit with wide application areas, which has the feature of a large torque range, a design of unit structure modulization capable of horizontal mounting, and vertical mounting, which has a solid shaft, hollow shaft and hollow shaft with shrink disk. With carbonized high-strength good-quality alloy, the series features high-efficiency and long lite-span, permissible and radial loads, low noise, high reliability, compact structure, and so on.
Features:
1. Realized parallel shaft,right-angle shaft modes and horizontal,vertical mounting modes. Using less component parts.
2. Applying advanced grinding process which improved the stability and the efficiency of transmit power with lower noise.
3. Input mode: motor connected flange, shaft input.
4. Output mode:solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with shrink disk,hollow shaft with spline connection, solid shaft with spline connection, solid shaft with flange.
5. Mounting mode: vertical, horizontal, swing base-mounted, torque-arm-mounted.
6. Ratio range: 1.23~450. It can be higher when combining with K&R series reducer.

Characteristics:
1. H series gear units adopt currency layout and may transform into special reducer according to customer's requirement.
2. The housing of one size can realize parallel shaftmodes and horizontal mounting modes.Variety of components is reducible, the number of reducer's mode is augmentable.
3. Sound-absorbable structure, lager surface, big fan reduce temperature and noise, advanced grinding process of cylindrical gear and bevel gear improve stability and transmit power more efficeintly.
